Beyond the MVP: Large-scale Red Hat OpenShift at Deutsche Bank

Deutsche Bank rolled out a minimally viable Red Hat OpenShift platform at the end of 2016. By the Fall of 2017, that platform had grown across two geographies spanning nine clusters and hosting a thousand projects and many thousands of pods.

In this session, we will compare the initial vision for the platform with what was delivered and highlight the top lessons learned. We will discuss the nontechnical challenges and solutions used to roll out new technology like Red Hat OpenShift at a large scale. Top technical challenges and pain points and their corresponding solutions will be discussed in detail.
